In a land of dreams, where freedom's call,

There stood a leader, brave and tall.

His name enshrined in history's page,

A beacon of hope in a turbulent age.

From humble roots, he rose to power,

In every trial, he'd never cower.

With vision clear, he forged a nation,

Guided by principle, not mere sensation.

Washington, they called him, the first of his kind,

A man of honor, with a brilliant mind.

Through battles fought and sacrifices made,

He led with courage, never afraid.

From Valley Forge to the halls of state,

He faced each challenge, his resolve innate.

With wisdom and grace, he charted the course,

For a fledgling nation, with unyielding force.

His words inspired, his deeds renowned,

In the hearts of his people, forever crowned.

With dignity and strength, he stood tall,

A shining example for one and all.

Though time may pass and empires fall,

The legacy of Washington stands tall.

A symbol of freedom, a light in the dark,

His spirit lives on, an eternal spark.

So let us remember, with reverence and pride,

The man who in history's tide,

Stood firm in the face of adversity,

And led his country to prosperity.

In the land he helped to create,

His memory lives, forever great.

For George Washington, the first of his name,

Shall endure in the annals of fame.
