Precious Ink

Poem

A tree might just seem like a bit of wood.

But to a squirrel, it is more than good.

A playground, a home, safety for its young.

The decor changing when spring is sprung.

If you put all of the elements into collective.

You'll see things with a different perspective.

A bedsheet might just be a big piece of fabric.

Or it could be a wizards tent filled with magic.

With spells and tricks creating illusions.

Don't let writer's block use its intrusion.

If you think outside the box.

You'll be surprised at the resources you've got.

A hat might just be used on your head.

Perhaps it is a UFO instead.

Fling it into the sky.

And watch that spaceship fly.

Imagine what you can do if you stop and think.

Make good use of that precious ink.
