PRAYERS AT NIGHT

MY LITTLE BOY

By Daphne SutherlunPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

My Little Boy Grown Has Up So Fast, No Longer By My Side.

I Miss Tucking You In, Saying Our Prayers, Tip Toeing To The Door Wishing I Had Stayed Just One More.

No More Games To Play, Or Goodnight Kisses, No More Prayers At Night.

I Miss Our Yesterdays. I Remember Teaching You To Ride A Bike, Teaching You To Catch And Throw A Ball.

I Was There To Catch You When You Fell, Wipe Your Tears, And To Watch You Smile.

I Made Many Mistakes A Long The Way, Sometimes I Lost It ,Even

Went A Little Crazy At Times, But At The End Of The Day No One Will Ever Love You As Much As I DO.

You Are Strength My Weakness The Beat Of My Heart.

You Are So Confident And Tall. Life Is Short Years Rush Past.

Dear Father Please Bless Him In His Journey As A Man, Help Him Choose Right From Wrong.

Why Is It We Never Learn Before That The Clock Ticks Time Away?

I Will Always Miss Your Laughter Your Smile.

Whatever You Go Through, That No Matter What I Will Always Be Here Through And Through.

LOVE, MOM
