“Worrying is like a rocking chair,
it gives you something to do,
but gets you nowhere.”
Worrying is very bad for the mind!
Very little is achieved
by sitting down and doing nothing but worrying.
Not only does this waste time
but it has a negative effect on us.
Worrying is a hindrance
to our personal progress in life
because it blocks the mind,
and can lead to depression,
something we want to avoid.
We need to address the ‘root of the problem’
and trust ourselves to sort it out.
Having belief in ourselves
will free our minds from worry
so that we can fill our minds
with positive ‘mantras’.
This will give us the strength that is needed
to ‘work the problem out’,
if there is a problem,
because so many times we worry
about things that never happen.
