Poem
A condition of depressed and anxiety patient
Heart racing, palms sweaty,
Mind racing, thoughts unsteady,
Breath shallow, chest tight,
Constantly consumed by fright.
Days blur together, a never-ending haze,
A feeling of hopelessness that never fades,
A heavy weight that's hard to shake,
A nagging feeling that won't abate.
The world outside feels overwhelming,
And every task feels daunting,
The future seems so bleak and gray,
No light at the end of the tunnel, just dismay.
It's hard to explain to those who don't know,
The constant depression that won't let go,
But know that you're not alone in this fight,
And there's hope for a brighter tomorrow in sight.
