Please don't just say, "Thank you for reading, and then never return a read".

Give a read if possible to those who take the time to read yours.

Even the doggie is reading

though the book is upside down

It is a little bit deflating to the

ego of a reader/writer

to inflate your ego by reading your story

only to be ignored

It's as if the recipient of the read

counts not the time and effort

of the party who did read

If you don't return a read

you are denying yourself further reads

by the turned off reader

one hand washes the other

and all that jazz

Better to jump to a read

and not comment

than say 'thanks' and not

return a read.

Be kind, be supportive.

Yes, we know it's not always

possible...but

do your best.

Never be too successful here

not really needing the reads

of strangers.

Remember that you were once

where they are now.
