Perspective

A poem that's different when read from bottom to top.

In verse unbound, a tale is spun,

A poem crafted, a web tightly spun,

Words dancing, swirling, free to roam,

Guided by rhythm, finding a home.

From the pinnacle of my creation's peak,

I unravel the lines, my journey I seek,

Unraveling the tapestry, thread by thread,

A different meaning emerges, in words unsaid.

From bottom to top, I trace my steps,

Unveiling secrets, where meaning creeps,

An upside-down world, where shadows dance,

A subtle shift, a new poetic chance.

The closing lines now open wide,

A twist of fate, where opposites collide,

Each word a mirror, reflecting the past,

Revealing a story, that was meant to last.

As I read again, the lines now reversed,

A symphony of emotions, beautifully dispersed,

The once familiar becomes mysterious, unknown,

A kaleidoscope of thoughts, newly shown.

The rhythm now bends, the cadence defies,

Gravity's pull, as the poem now tries,

To defy expectations, to challenge the norm,

To ignite the imagination, as it begins to transform.

Meanings intertwine, like rivers that flow,

Embracing the chaos, as meanings bestow,

A new perspective, a fresh lens to view,

The depths of the poem, brought forth to you.

So, let us explore this poetic terrain,

Where words rearrange, and meanings sustain,

For in the world of free verse, where lines intertwine,

A poem can take on a different meaning, divine.
