Don't want to age

as some sad old man shuffling slowly shoulders spent

getting in the way wafting faint odours of urine and decay

Not gonna rage against ageing sickness or dying nor worldly

worries attached unwitting to delusions of my own creating

So at the waning of the day with waiting death mere breaths

away there will be little more to say hip hip hooray

Time then to rejoice with peaceful mind each precious moment

as memories like dreams dissolve in space forever gone

So death hovers another beat closer epitome of patience

dispatcher of life knowing all beings must die to be reborn

Time soon to greet the reaper in forgotten realms to find peace

clarity and bliss beneath her gossamer shroud ..

heartbreak
