Peace can't be sacrificed

The seed planted into the ground is humbled by the opportunity of choice. While growing to reach it's full potential it must fight off invaders who attempt to damage it's proven roots. Not being at full strength, it tries to continue its growth knowing it must surrender to caution. Once chances at mercy pass, the faith of being saved seem unrealistic. Finally admitting protection from damage is a virtue only provided to those who are born lucky, is the reality every plant must face. Sprouting is still a must no matter how unfair the odds may seem, although life depends on how close to sunshine it reaches. Gasping for air. Gasping for life. They mean the same to the seed planted in darkness while being surrounded by a lack of resources. Cherishing moments of hope inspire the seed to continue the path of potential, even after reality denies the possibility of realistic success. Why won't the seed stop? The most commonly asked question from every reader, but never looking at the obvious bias of life. This seed has worked long and hard to make good progress, but the best lifestyle has constantly evaded it. If the seed becomes complacent with his harsh progression while complaining for more, the world considers the seed lazy. Without reason the seeds that were also grown in darkness are envious of this seeds growth and call it cocky. Ambition is a fire that burns inside every seed, but the desire to strive through constant struggle must be built from years of resilience. Most find ways to critique the seed, but I am just simply proud of this seed for making it as far as he did.
