to you my friends, it quiets every storm,

just close your eyes, inhale, and allow it to transform...

Now that you have felt it, forever you may long,

a feeling as soothing as this, simply can't be wrong,

choose a vacant space, soft music if you must,

think of all those serene places which are lustrous...

Give it a moment, take a breath or two,

it will show-up because it remembers you.

Each time that you long, for its presence,

all you do, is prepare for its existence,

meditate, breathe, and relax your mind,

peace is here, to help you unwind.
