Started with nothing, just a dream and a plan

Two kids from the block with the world in our hands

Shared the same hunger, same fire in the chest

Built empires from pennies, turned nothing to best

You took the first hit when the game tried to test

I covered the rear when the pressure was next

Blood, sweat, and loyalty thicker than gold

Stories untold, but the legends unfold

Late nights on the corner, plotting our escape

Turned pain into power, put food on the plate

You my brother from another, my day one ace

We don't need papers, our bond's in our face

Through the wins and the losses, we never going to fold

Heartbeats in sync when the nights turn cold

From the bottom we climbed, now the top is looking sweet

Part of the bond, every step, every beat
