Her Secret Fantasy

There is no denying her surprise eyes; the bluest of oceans

But she says the proper color is cerulean

Her long silvery hair and full crimson lips

A goddess in her own fantasy world, bound by only the

Limits of her very own imagination

A beautiful crown of daisies adorn her, an early June morn

The whispering zephyrs just enough to give her goosebumps

Matching the feelings she has, as she longs for her love

On the bridge she awaits his arrival, impatient yet

Understanding this is no ordinary circumstance

A secret affair that fills her heart with so much joy

She knows the consequences but cannot turn back

A forbidden pursuit of passion; any moment the

Whole world could come crashing down upon her

But to steal one kiss, just one endearing kiss

Her heart flutters at the notion, he may not show

This couldn't possibly be; he expressed his feelings

She catches herself with a deep gulp; a shift in vision

Never sullen for a moment, however, for this love

Is all just in a day of her secret fantasy land

Nothing is real except her joy for creativity
