Falling through the sky, wind in my face,

Gravity pulling me down to my fate,

Heart racing fast, fear in my mind,

I close my eyes and hope to find,

My parachute, my savior, my guide,

The only thing that can break my stride,

As I plummet down towards the ground,

I pray my parachute will be found.

Save me, my parachute, from this fall,

Wrap me in your fabric, protect me from all,

Bring me back to earth, safe and sound,

Let me live to touch the ground.

You're my shield, my shelter, my wings,

Without you, I'm lost, without any means,

To survive this fall, this deadly dive,

Without you, I'll never come alive.

So save me, my parachute, from this fate,

Bring me back to earth, and my life await,

I'll never forget the way you saved me,

From the brink of death, and set me free.
