Pain

Pain

Pain, my reality

Pain, so deep it pools inside

Pain, so horrific it hides inside

Pain, so simple it leaves a trail

Pain, so tiring it kills at will

Pain, why do you exist?

Pain, why have you become my best friend?

Always present

Always waiting for me to wake up

Often keeping me awake to just "chat"

Always reminding me that I am at least alive

Pain, why do you stay?

Pain, the only true emotion

Pain, the only true feeling

Pain, my reality

what if you woke up with my pain?

would you view the world differently?

I think you would.

Pain, the terror of my everyday

Pain, not even the medications can take away some of it

Pain, the vain of my existence

Pain, my reality

heartbreak
