Overthinking

Welp, it happened again

You know that feeling

That rests deep inside you soul.

That feeling you have

When you know you were wrong.

The social anxiety, of knowing you're not right.

Replaying that scene over and over in your head.

Hoping you can see through what you thought you had missed.

It keeps playing.

It keeps taunting

You thought you were free.

But it holds you tight and never let's go.

It''s overthinking.

Your mind racing even if it doesn't need to.

Feels like there is no escape or freedom.

Overthinking.
