Out of the Grey

She had a dream

But she lost her way

Her soul danced

Through a sea of grey

She saw all she lost

When she opened her eyes

With regret on her mind

Put temptation behind

If only just for a moment

She thought on and off

But looked at her future

And knew she could not

As hard as it was

She did what she must

Grabbed her soul from the grey

And lifted it up

She now danced in the dream

She had lost once before

No longer regretting her past

Now grateful for the open door
