I am holding a grenade and I do not want to explode

've blown up more times than I can count

The pieces fall in different places when I put them back

I see the grenade on the floor and pull the pin

Sometimes I need to hold the grenade

With my other hand I hold stone

Stone to build walls around me

Stone walls so that no gets in

But then the walls trap me

The cold stone makes sound echo

The light becomes dim and darkness takes over

So I explode
