Our Happiness

“Doing what you like is freedom.

Liking what you do is happiness.”

The balance

between personal happiness and economic necessity

is difficult but so important.

Many of us

find ourselves almost trapped in a job

we need but do not particularly ‘love’.

The few who can do a job they love

with the right financial benefits

are indeed ‘lucky’.

However,

a balance can be found.

We may need to keep the job

because of our finances

but we can enjoy a hobby when at home.

Sometimes,

the hobby can become the job,

if we really want it to be.

Also,

our own ‘view-point’ of our lives

can make things easier and more enjoyable.

For our mental health,

it is important

to have a very positive way

of looking at our jobs

and

our personal happiness.
