Orange Warning

.

By VitalinePublished 2 months ago 1 min read

Her feathers are orange.

On rocks of golden moss

She notices everything.

.

Her gift is sight.

Through tangerine tinted lashes

She sees through tangerine tinted skies.

.

Her voice is clarity.

With crystal clear calls

She breaks through the fog.

.

Her instinct it honed.

Sensing plant, petal, and prey

She feels through their silent suffering.

.

Her feet are grounded.

In the wisdom of ancient sunsets that

She carries through time and bone.

.

Her tail is balance.

She takes no more than she can give

She restores through knowing what is enough.

.

Her body is story.

She rises with the sun and rests with the moon

She cleanses through rivers and wind.

.

Her chest is open.

She will go where she can breathe.

Heed the orange warning

Her final message comes when she leaves.
