Whizz, whir, buzz, and hum,

Sounds all around, oh, so fun!

Barks and howls, meows and purrs,

The sound of rain, nature's soft whirs

Crunch, crackle, snap, and pop,

Cooking sounds that never stop,

Kettle whistles, toast pops high,

All these sounds fill up the sky

Swoosh, swirl, and splash, oh my,

Water sounds that catch the eye,

The crashing of the ocean waves,

As the seagulls call and behave

Click, clack, tick-tock, and ding,

Clocks that tell us everything,

Creaking floors and squeaky chairs,

Sounds that follow us up the stairs

Onomatopoeia, what a treat,

Sounds that match what we can meet,

Through the world of noise and sound,

These sweet sounds will always be around.
