I sat there in that evergreen meadow,
As I looked at the bluest of streams.
The sun’s loving bars left me aglow,
As the water made my eyes agleam.
The gentle breeze rested on my soul,
For not a moment too short or too long,
I let the paradise consume me whole,
And let go of all emotions too strong.
Here, I was exalted as the King of Kings,
To eternally indulge in the pleasures of love.
So, I spread too wide my majestic wings,
And flew to discover the realms of the Above.
