One last thing

if I could spend eternity in agony

Restless with agony, oh yes, that recipe for me would be

The best part of the color that created our very ancient atoms

I felt my heart become a whole stone inside of me, it burns and burns and burns as I breathe under the sun water,

So hot, hotter than the very essence of sun matter, lava, the light that flows inside of our stardust soul

I can’t speak plainly, I don’t feel the slightest emotion with I miss you so much with everything and nothing and

I hate speaking plainly

Plaintively

The embers that crease my mortal coil is a claw of wretched steel, stewing my head

One last thing, when you hooked me in with your pretty little compliments

Promises of friendship and trust

Did you know my vulnerability then

Was I so invisible yet obvious

Dramatic and naive

One last thing

What color did your words sprout when they became unforgiving silence over and over again

Can you imagine the world without the color blue

Indigo. Deep blue. Azul. Violet hazy grey blue. The kind of creature that hangs in space with watching stars.

One last question

Did you expect me to bring myself to watch my knees grow bloodied, raw and broken

Twisted as they’ve always been

Blue like that summer berry, burst

Blue like midnight in my dreams

One last thing.
