I'm lost in a sea of hearts all beating out life's pulse
Fast, slow, nowhere to go, dried out or engulfed
It's hard to see the little things the spark of Earth's divine
But once seen never to be lost by eyes gone blind
One drop of rain that fall upon a child locked in prayer
One perfect sphere of a parents tear filled with love to spare
One drop of light that dances bright upon the living-room chair
One drop of hope that helps me cope and brings the strength to dare
One drop is all it takes to open up my heart
