Many people wish for a better life
A life they won’t ever be able to live
The hopes and dreams turn childish
The world turns meaningless
Wants turn pointless
Is it really bad to wish for better
Something more than your capabilities
Is it wrong to have dreams
Of a better life
Knowing you’ll never get it
Is it a mental thing
Time keeps turning
The world keeps spinning
But it feels like your still stuck
Like you haven’t moved
Or that time is going backwards
Nothing works the any it should
