Only once

This is a poem, (sort of), of things that happen once in a lifetime.

You turn one

You say your first words

You learn to take a dump

You learn to walk

You become a teen

You get your period

You learn to drive

You turn twenty

You get your first job

Your first pay check

Your first relationship

You turn thirty

Witness 12/12/12

See a halley's comet

See comet west

See the transit of venus

See a Saiga antelope

See a wolverine

See your dad cry

Seeing an esclispe

Have some form of innocence

You retire

You grow old

You die
