On this bed
Lying comfortably,
wrapped in the warmth
of this comforter,
Brings nothing but struggle
to sit at the edge of this bed.
Then again,
what could be better
than eyes closed shut
with my head resting
on soft pillows
that comes with this bed.
The sight of leaving
the safety of this bed
of comfort,
would only make
me more regretful,
to not stay put
on this bed.
But I can’t help
from thinking,
if I become too
comfortable on this bed.
