On the Road Again
where the heart speaks truth through the open sky
the embodiment of the love
found on the open road
have you felt the wings of fate take you on a leap of faith?
i have, and you may, if you open yourself to
trusting
believing
unwrapping the layers around
your eyes and hearts
opening yourself to infinite possiblity spun in the webs of the night skys
awakening again
upon leaving
drawing faces with the falling of sunflower petals
to meet those eyes with one
under a second harvest moon
taking the off roads
radiational healing, energetic locks
under mars and jupitar
a hitchhikers defense, we dont know where we are going or why
we finally admitted
and were met with a feast of gods under a purple sky

Just Sixty Seconds
Oliver sat at a cold, grey steel-covered table. He knew he was next. The longer he sat here, the more confident he knew he wouldn’t make it. His hands were tied to the chair he was sitting on, pushed up against the steel table. A small camera in the corner of the ceiling with a tiny red flashing light was the only thing he was focused on. He felt sick to the stomach. He knew he didn’t have long.
