On the Edge of A Dream
A poem I wrote in a psych ward
On the edge of a dream,
I happen to watch over you while you sleep.
Listen to me,
Let me speak to you within your dreams.
Pretend that we are awake.
Listen to what the guides have to say.
When you are asleep,
And your mind is still awake,
Listen to what it has to say.
On the edge of a dream,
I float down endless streams of thoughts.
Eyes open wide,
As if I'm awake.
Open your heart to the messages you receive.
On the edge of a dream,
I found you and you found me.
