Yesterday.
It comes, it goes.
Yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
It all washes away with the progression of time.
We spend most of today
trying to recover it,
that yesterday.
Today.
We plan for tomorrow
tp spend energy on what was and what could be
instead of allowing ourselves
to live in the moment,
this today.
Tomorrow.
We cling tightly to yesterday,
as tomorrow waits patiently
with no promise to adhere to our plans.
And, out of fear and uncertainty
we return to the cycles of our past.
The days merge together
the notion of carpe diem and c'est la vie
lost in the sea of our timelines.
It comes like a message in a bottle across the waves,
all that transpires, is Divine.
