Waiting...

.

.

.

.

Waiting on responses

stuck in corporate purgatory,

trying to be proactive

chasing, typing, still stuck...

.

.

.

.

Waiting...

.

.

.

.

Trying to look busy

racked with corporate guilt,

I promise I am working

yet there's nothing to do, still...

.

.

.

.

Waiting...

.

.

.

.

Was it always this way

for the bureaucrats old,

time immaterial

whilst they ponder, just...

.

.

.

.

Waiting...

.

.

.

.

Is it just the curse

of the modern worker,

programs to download,

oh look another meeting, more...

.

.

.

.

Waiting...

.

.

.

.

A whole day passed

watching the clock,

longing staring

an age old office romance.

.

.

please no more

.

.

Waiting.
