Beneath the vault of azure breath,

Where sunlight spills in golden sheath,

There stirs a lover soft and true—

The Earth, in green and silent hue.

She wakes me with a robin’s song,

A morning hymn that drifts along

The dancing air, the dewy hill,

Where time forgets to march, stands still.

The trees, her arms, in vast array,

Lift prayers of wind to break the day.

Each leaf a kiss, a whispered part

Of verses written on my heart.

Oh Nature! Bride of endless grace,

With wildflowers veiling every place,

Your rivers wear the silver thread

Of dreams you sew where mortals tread.

The mountains rise like sacred vows,

Their craggy brows in solemn bows,

Yet soft with moss and twilight's balm—

Your love, both fierce and ever calm.

Your breath is in the ocean's foam,

The tidal sighs that call me home.

Each wave, a pulse beneath my feet,

Your heartbeat strong, your love complete.

You cradle nests in quiet wood,

Where fawns and foxes find their food,

And even thorns, with purpose grown,

Remind me pain is love unknown.

You love me through the changing skies,

In storm’s lament or firefly’s rise.

Each dusk, you paint in dusky gold—

A story tender, fierce, and bold.

In autumn’s blush, you shed your veil,

Your russet cloak, your silent tale.

In winter’s hush, you sleep and dream

Of lilac springs and thawing stream.

Oh, I have wandered far from you,

In towers built of steel and rue,

But still you call through root and rain,

And I come running home again.

For who has loved me like the breeze,

That kisses tears and bends the trees?

Or like the stars that softly shine

On nights I think no heart is mine?

You hold no grudge, bear no demand,

Just offer light and open hand.

You ask me only this, my friend:

To cherish you until the end.

And so I vow, beneath this moon,

To hum your hymn, your ancient tune.

To love you as you’ve loved me well,

With every bloom and broken shell.

To keep your rivers clean and wide,

To honor beasts and turn the tide,

To plant the seed, protect the tree—

That you might thrive and love through me.
