In Gaza's heart, where children's tears do fall,
A place of dreams, where laughter should enthrall.
But in the shadows of conflict's heavy hand,
Young souls endure a life they can't withstand.
Their innocence, a fragile, precious bloom,
Trapped in a world where darkness casts its gloom.
Their tearful eyes reflect the somber skies,
As hope endures, beneath the mournful cries.
In Gaza's streets, resilience finds its voice,
As children play, their spirits still rejoice.
For in their hearts, a strength beyond compare,
They face a world that seems so harsh and unfair.
In Gaza's story, let compassion guide our way,
To heal the wounds, to bring a brighter day.
With open hearts, let's dry the tears they weep,
And in their smiles, a new promise keep.
For in the midst of sorrow, strife, and pain,
Gaza's children rise, their dreams sustain.
In every tear, a call for peace and grace,
In Gaza's heart, a hope to embrace.

This was so tragic and heartbreaking. A very poignant poem. It really breaks my heart to see all that's happening!
A feel like I want to love this, its a hopeful poem, a resilient poem, and well written too, but I cant quite sit alongside the hope in my own heart, it feels like its going to get worse, not better.
