Locked In

Through October's shrieking gate,

follow whispers to your fate.

Take this path down all the way;

locked in with my green-eyed gaze.

-

Kicked up dust will hide your trail,

moonlight will your vision veil;

yellow, twisted fingernails

beckon you right straight to hell.

-

Come and take a little swim;

here, October's cauldron brims.

Darkness wills my wailing whims;

with October, fun begins.

-

In the pot, you croaking frog!

Give it little to no thought.

No, my hunger will not want;

you the popping bubbles haunt.

-

Applewood smoke burning thick,

seething just to sip of it.

For October, treats; you? Tricks.

Stupid little jumpy bitch.

-

Crawling up, the flames ablaze;

fall asleep down in death's haze.

Copper swells my buds with taste;

not a single drop will waste.
