October - A becoming
An Acrostic poem about time, reflection, and the promise of another beginning

On the threshold of change, I pause and breathe,
Collecting memories like colours on autumn leaves.
Time awaits patiently of all what I have yet to be,
Old hopes awaken, setting something free.
Beneath the fading light, new paths appear,
Each ending holds a beginning drawing near.
Renewed by the seasons, I welcome what is here.
