Deep within my psyche,
Intense urges & intrusive thoughts.
Sleep offers no distractions,
Thoughts like these can creep in anywhere.
Roaming the shadows of my slumber,
Always waiting to strike.
Compulsions awaken me
Time itself has even become terrifying.
I am a warrior battling my own mind,
Obsessive behaviors and intrusive thoughts the true villains
Navigating my brain and pulling at the puppet strings.
