It was once pointed out that numbers fall into place
based on sequences that speak of a wider universe
vibrating in specific symphony to events so harmonized
with one’s real life events. Sceptic?

To know and understand these numbers & journeys
into the deepest recesses of the mind were called for?
What does 33 ever mean to a man, whose feet are on the ground
and his head is full of dark nights emblazoned with beautiful women?

I took a chance anyway. Chances can be good or bad or mean little else
This chance, however, was directed by tribal High Chiefs, monks
in monastic garb and friends who kept repeating the same melody
all the time, saying things which seemed unreal. Believer now?

Slowly the numerical mantras unfolded and I walked on water,
came close to several nirvanas, dashing across broken, comet-like
in a strange arc of light, saying things that coincided with real happenings.

Months later I remained unconverted to spiritual paths and new journeys
because the mind was clogged up with years of unbelief and all the waterways were damned by streams of doubt and disharmony. Undam -it?

Today I read two poems which jolt me back into slow motion.
Have I heard these mantras before? Why does a Light Door and a Dark Door
feel similar to so many opened/unopened doors and alleyways?

If you cannot hear the music in this poem. Meditate.
There is an answer for everything-out there.
Reach out and take it! These numbers.
