Right now, I’m jaded.
Where once I was elated,
Now, I’m deflated.

This has more to do with teaching struggles than personal. It’s not as fun as it used to be. Many colleagues are saying the same things. Students are more challenging than ever. It’s a good thing this is my last year. 🥹
I will miss some aspects of it, but the time is right. Bittersweet.
