A poem about the frustrations of having a deep voice as a child.

I'm chatting with a friend when a random kid cries out,
a pathetic little whiner quick to tear up and shout.
Why does the teacher scold me then, you ask?
That's simple, the voices of the kid's perpatrators are masked
by my baritone laughter that constantly puts me in timeout.

I appreciate the use of humor in the poem to convey the frustration of dealing with a crying child.👍👍👍
Hahaha and when every kid wants a deeper voice this is the one kid who HATES it. I liked that a lot.
