Not Every Thought Is True

Sometimes it makes you believe made up is real it’s not.

Not Every Thought Is True

Some days the mind

whispers too much,

turning small worries

into heavy storms.

It tells you things,

quiet but sharp,

as if every fear

is carved in stone.

But pause a moment,

breathe a little,

let the noise

slow itself down.

Thoughts can lie,

even the loud ones,

even the ones

that feel like truth.

The heart knows more,

than the mind admits,

it holds the calm

the mind forgets.

So stand with yourself,

be gentle inside,

not every dark whisper

belongs to you.

And when doubt rises,

let it pass through,

like a cloud

moving away from light.

You are still here,

stronger than fear,

and softer thoughts

will find you again.
