Nobody lives there

The kids would play outside every day

They weren't sure what was there

Sometimes they would challenge each other to a dare

Wondering who would be the first to enter the scary lair

Saying, "you go first it is only fair"

Nobody was game to enter even as a pair

They thought they could feel eyes that stare

Once someone thought they saw a beaming light that would glare

Another said they heard a screaming voice ever so rare

But it is still thought that nobody lives there
