No Love to Give

Well, no romantic love at least.

I used to think I was broken,

Never wanted any romantic token.

I never really had a precocious crush,

Just never felt that strong rush.

When I tried to I felt nothing but cold,

My feelings were never that bold.

A partner is all I would wish,

But I only would get a squish.

I soon realized I wasn’t sick,

Just that I wasn’t a romantic.

Thought it would give me sorrow,

But I am fine with being an aro.

Now I don’t live in terror,

I will be aromantic forever.
