No Human Invention

Darkness Consumes

Darkness consumes the room/

engulfed by the fumes/

morbid side of the moon/

an abyss/

drowning a soul in torment/

the raven crows at your doorsteps/

and the pendulum swings/

and mockingbirds sing/

curses, bedazzling verses/

birthing a serpent/

lurk the grass/

or hang amongst the trees, perchin/

commandeer merchants/

for the cult purpose/

insignia signify malevolent breed/

disguised as a benevolent being/

deception a key/

in the grasp of the greed/

bathing in envy/

lust and gluttony/

sloth feeding your malnourishment/

no such thing as words of encouragement/

unless its venom from a serpents breathe/

unaware of the poison it feeds/

no vaccine to cure/

death reaches from the floor/

rotted phalanges/

pulling your flesh, through the vortex/

another dimension/

beyond our comprehension/

alien ware, no human invention/
