Never Take This For Granted
Every Sunrise, Every Sunset
“May every sunrise
bring you hope,
may every sunset
bring you peace.”
Every sunrise
gives us the beautiful reminder
that hope is ‘in our hands.’
No matter
how difficult, busy or hard
our day may seem,
we can still “Hope.”
When
the sun sets and it’s the end of the day,
it is ‘time’ for peace.
The natural world
around us
rests and sleeps,
and so should we.
Hope and peace
are both “good”
for our mental health,
which is one of the most important aspects of our lives.
Every sunrise
brings us inspiration
whilst
every sunset
brings us comfort.
Every natural thing from this Earth
helps, heals and supports us.
We must never take this for granted.
