Needle Train

On the roof

Tenement home

Needle forgotten

Mind on roam

Thugs and mugs

Pills and drugs

Creepy crawly

Icky bugs

On my skin

In my nose

Serrated beast

A thousand toes

Scratch my skin

Inside my pants

Mental screams

Horrific rants

Sky of puke

Ground of gas

Trees alive

A burning mass

Walls shift sideways

Floor slithers away

Rearing death horse

A piercing neigh

Hooves of metal

Serrated scalpel

Slash my forehead

Satan’s Chapel

Fingernails torn

Bloody crescent

Suck them down

Roasted pheasant

Voice in head

Says I can fly

Step right off

You’ll not die
