Today, I was awake early due to neck pain - day five of pain in my neck on my left side. I was expecting it to get better and it has gotten worse. I thought maybe I had slept wrong.

Yesterday I went to the chiropractor and he couldn’t fix me. I told him I was worried about cancer as when anything is wrong, I think of cancer.

I finished chemotherapy 11 years ago and was told that the cancer I had was treatable probably not curable - automatic cancer when I get the sniffles, sore neck, whatever.

The chiropractor recommended going to the oncologist. I called and can’t schedule an appointment until he is in on Monday or Tuesday, making for a long weekend.

I know it may be arthritis. It may be lots of things, but to me the fear is cancer. My brother-in-law suggested it may be a Lindquist. My husband's last name. I agreed that it could be him. LOL

The Big C

Fear

Nowhere near

a diagnosis

My sis

died of cancer

No sir

I am sure

it is and I

am always sure, even when its my eye

it has to be the Big C

don’t you see

it is just the way it will be

until my time is up or maybe

until I have it

Oh shit!

That is it, everytime

Fear, struggle, a crime

It takes a while to climb

out of these thoughts and

I want a band

to celebrate a no cancer

from the oncologist

yes sir!

I do not gist!

Cancer is the pits

and the shits!
