Beaks are trilling

filling the crisp autumn air,

a cacophony of calls

shuffling songs of joy.

-

The Gulls squawk spiritedly

the Heron singing serenely,

the robin's shyly serenading

the crows cawing cantankerously.

-

Each avian playing their part

a feathery collective,

no altos, tenors or sopranos

just natures perfectly imperfect symphony.
