MYTH
EVEN WHEN YOU'RE SPEAKING THE REAL IT COULD BE CALLED A MYTH…
Vault over, Self-infliction.
Just like a walk
In the rain.
Rinse,
My meager
Esteem.
I Breathe
The Excellence
Of Natural
Incenses...
Could It Be a myth-
Discolors still at bay
To display
An image of quiet insecurities.
Not long before
We comprehend
How to mend,
That portion-
But somehow
We strive to
Drive and
Push through…
So Now that
We Prosper,
And forever remember the image
Not long ago
Of an individual
Who manufactured
Happiness
With a Reason Why…
-Not A Myth
Beauty drops anchor from within the nature
Of one's Character
and
Proclivity.
The reason we live is formed by Growth because of a
MYTH-

great poem
Vault over, self-infliction. What a great first line... Love this one. Great job.
Myth of the cosmos, a tree, that tree could have been you or me. But all is fair in life and war, and so I wished upon a star. Hows that for a different comment.
I also like the line that starts “Beauty drops anchor…”
Brilliant work lil bro!
"Beauty drops anchor from within the nature of one's character." Ignition point I tell ya! Yesness Lonzo!!!
The myth-builds us up or breaks us
Whoaaa, I really love them concept you went with here! Amazing work!
Beautiful piece.
The myths we embrace tend to define how we live & into whom we grow to be. E.g., "I'm no more significant than anyone else" vs. "I'm insignificant." Both are myths. The first becomes humility & grace, the second becomes despair. BTW, loved the poem. Just when I think I know where you're going, you shift things (whether mightily or subtly), causing me to reassess, readjust & ponder. Well done.
Beautiful poem!
Beautifully and brilliantly said! ✍🏽 💗
