It came in the morning,

Flashing its lights,

Then leaving without headlights,

In a matter of five minutes,

Mysterious and creepy,

A perfect combination between the two,

I did not see it until it was too late to observe,

A black car with black headlights boring into my brain,

Letting me know that I am still alive and trying to figure it out,

A Pontiac I would have guessed it to be,

The shape of the curling dews of the early morn,

Tendrils not allowing me to go back to sleep for quite some time,

As silent as a whisper yet to be spoken.
