A strong body makes a healthy mind,
From struggles I shall always find
The joys that come with feeling fit,
No better way to beat stress’s grit.
Through proper nutrition and daily workout,
My future health is never in doubt.
Caring for self will never tire,
Especially when good vibes require.
Engaging in daily mindful thought,
The calm it brings will not be bought.
For our body’s the vessel of our souls,
Giving them a temple to be held.
Creating a path of eternal bliss,
Creating a legacy that won’t be missed.
