I am here to congratulate my friends.
Let them return to me as beloved ones.
The land is mine, so I forget my loneliness.
And I draw near to the veiled sun.
I give them a rose, so I forget my loneliness.
Here I am, a prisoner of torment.
I have suffered in silence for years.
Until my weeping increased, and my wailing intensified.
And I found nothing but the radiance of a sun that seduced me.
Did my tears fall like rain from the clouds?
And the pain is as deep as fire, igniting my passion.
Who said that if I cry, I will melt the snow?
And I tear off the shackles of my emotions and let myself melt.
Ah, the delirium of longing that drives me closer.
The closer I get, the more confused I am. My pulse slows, and the reasons become complete.
